Dr. Samer obtained his Bachelors and speciality degrees from Beirut Arab University (BAU) in Lebanon, followed by a residency program in the University of Washington (UW)- Seatle in the USA.
In addition, Dr. Samer holds a masters of science in Leadership and Innovation in Healthcare from the Royal Collage of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). Dr. Samer maintains private practice of orthodontics in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al-Ain, and Beirut.
