Dr. Mohammed Almuzian is a specialist orthodontist with over 27 years of international experience in clinical practice, education, and research. He earned his BDS with honors from the University of Mosul (1998), MSc in Orthodontics with distinction (2001), MSc in Healthcare Administration (2010), and a Doctorate in Clinical Orthodontics from the University of Glasgow with distinction (2014).
He also holds postgraduate certificates in Systematic Reviews in Health (2016) and Medical Education (2018).Dr. Almuzian holds ten diplomas from prestigious Royal Colleges in the UK, Ireland, and Australia, including FDS RCSEd and MOrth RCSEd. Licensed in the UK, Australia, and Bahrain, he currently works as Senior Specialist Orthodontist at Sunrise Dental Clinic in Scotland. He is the Specialty Dental Ambassador for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh, and Honorary Assistant Professor in Pakistan.
Founder of Glasgow Orthodontic Academy, Dr. Almuzian has published over 45 papers, given numerous lectures worldwide, and received the William Houston Gold Medal (2014).
He developed the Ortho PAR app and AVIOS tool and organized 100+ free global webinars during COVID-19.
